Prepare template for implementation manual
Under the guidance of the sustainability coordinator, a graphic designer develops a template for the implementation manual. The manual will serve as a working document for both the developer and the municipality throughout implementation. Therefore, it is important that both groups verify the template layout and confirm its utility in guiding the detailed design and implementation and the development approval process.
Compile implementation manual information
The master concept plan, course of action and sustainable living program have been developed to a refined level capable of informing the detailed design and engineering required for project implementation. They are brought together in a draft copy of the SuNliving Implementation Manual.

Conduct final review and refinement
The SuNliving Implementation Manual receives its final review by the key stakeholders. It is then finalized, receives a sign-off from the project sponsor and is ready to be presented to the broader stakeholder group.
