Task 18: Deliver Final Presentation
Host public open house
The charrette team shares the drawings and documentation along with their thinking and project highlights with the broader stakeholder group and the community. The purpose of this meeting is to inform and inspire all participants by illustrating and explaining the complete plan drawings and supportive material. It is an opportunity to solicit a final round of public input and feedback. The desired outcome is to garner the support and momentum that will be needed to carry the project through to successful implementation.
